TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.

2. The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.

3. We do all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Millwork depending upon the client’s requirement.

4. Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.

5. Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related with projects will be charged separately.

6. Payments can be made via international wire transfer (SWIFT), Payoneer (U.S. business receiving account), or other mutually agreed secure banking channels. Payment terms: 50% upon approval and 50% before final delivery.

7. We encourage good and long run business and our rates are 50% less then market and our clients are very honorable to us.

2. Nature of Services

EstimaCore provides:

Construction estimating
Material takeoffs
Labor cost assessments
Quantity surveying support

All estimates are for informational and preliminary bidding purposes only. They are not construction documents, engineering reports, or guaranteed final pricing.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy, all estimates:

Depend on the quality of drawings and information provided
May vary based on local market pricing
Require validation by the contractor before use in bids

We do not guarantee bid outcomes or project award results.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide complete and accurate project drawings
Clarify scope, material specifications, and deadlines
Review all estimates before submission to owners or GCs

We are not responsible for misinterpretations, missing plans, unclear details, or changes in project scope.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and project complexity. Urgent requests may require additional fees.

6. Revisions

Revisions are limited to corrections based on the information originally provided. Any changes in scope, drawings, or specifications may require a new estimate or additional charges.

7. Payments

For paid projects:

Payment terms will be communicated prior to starting work
Work begins only after confirmation and agreement
Invoices must be paid in full upon delivery unless otherwise agreed

Unpaid invoices may result in delayed delivery of files or services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project information confidential. We do not share client drawings or estimates with third parties except when required for service delivery.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for financial losses due to bid results
We are not liable for project delays, damages, or construction issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
We are not liable for bid outcomes or construction decisions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a project if:

Information is incomplete
Communication is unprofessional
Scope becomes unrealistic

Any work completed up to termination remains payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
